Kindred Spirits Participating the the 2024 Terry Fox Run
This weekend members of our parish Kindred Spirts Community will be participating in the 2024 Clarington Terry Fox Run. The event starts Sunday morning across the street from our church at Memorial Park. The Terry Fox Run is an annual event that continues the legacy of Terry Fox’s 1980 Marathon of Hope to raise awareness of and money for cancer research. The Terry Fox Foundation continues to be rated as a “5 Star Charity” by Charity Intelligence Canada – an organization that looks at the work of Canadian charities in terms of effectiveness to their stated goal and transparency.
