Come and join us and other lay (secular) Franciscan men and women as we gather to share and learn more about the Franciscan way of life. See what a Franciscan spirituality might have in store for you!
Le Celle Day: Monday May 26, 2025 10-4:00 pm. An experience of contemplative prayer. Take time to experience your spiritual inner cave. Day includes, reflection, prayer and silent prayer. Lunch and snacks provided. $20 to participate. RSVP by May 20th.
800th Anniversary of Canticle of Creatures: June 7, 2025 10-4:00 pm Registration Required. $30 to participate. Lunch and snacks included. This year Franciscans around the world will be celebrating and studying in various ways the first poem written in the local Umbrian dialect by St Francis of Assisi during the final two years of his life 1225/1226. At La Verna we will be offering retreats based upon this poem, “The Canticle of Creatures” sometimes known as The Canticle of the Sun.
