Divine Mercy Sunday with Holy Hour for Pope Francis

In a series of revelations to St. Maria Faustina Kowalska in the 1930s, our Lord called for a special feast day to be celebrated on the Sunday after Easter, that Sunday that concludes the Solemnity of the Octive of Easter.  Today, we know that feast as Divine Mercy Sunday, named by Pope St. John Paul II at the canonization of St. Faustina on April 30, 2000.

In addition to celebrating a Prayer Service other the Divine Mercy of Jesus, we’ll also observe a Holy Hour devoted to praying for Pope Francis. Please join the parish for this special service which praises God for his Divine Mercy on us and prays for the soul of Pope Francis.

Sunday, April 27th at 3pm
