St. Joseph Church

This month, the Pope’s prayer intention is for priests in crisis.

While the life of a priest is often filled with joy, many also experience stress, loneliness, and fatigue due to the demands of ministry. They, too, need care, support, and understanding.

Pope Leo reminds us:
“Above all, I urge you never to close yourselves off: Don’t be afraid to talk to others, even about your fatigue and your crises.”

Let us pray that priests facing difficulties may receive the mental health care they need, build strong and supportive relationships, and be uplifted by the compassion and prayers of their communities.

May we also remember that moments of crisis can become opportunities for grace, growth, and healing when met with faith and support.
